believe it is a matter of simple math. One must eat less to lose weight.
How much you can eat and still lose depends on your activity level. I've
been eating 1,500 calories in the form of three 500 calorie meals per day.
It is working. Lost 3 lbs. this week, so I will continue. I'm very
interested in anyone else's diet experiences and I'm always looking for low
cal recipes! Hope someone posts.

Isn't it interesting that this group is so dead? No one wants to hear the
truth that one must eat less to lose weight. They are all busy trying to
figure out ways around this fact! Lol No wonder so many Americans are
obese!

Hi Dan and everyone who reads this, I need some help, I joined tops in FEB 06, I have lost 78lbs since then, I decreased my intake greatly and increased my excersize lots to where I am doing water arobics 2 hours a day 3 days a week as well as a workout tap at home 6 days a week, I guess I have hit that wall because the loss is slow now, 1/4 lb this week only 7 lbs since the end of june, it is more then just eating less and it seems that it is more then increased activity some in my group say I need to eat more but that just scares the heck outa me.any Ideas? most days I'm between 1000-1200 cal.per day closer to 1000.

I weighed 384.25 when I started tops and today 306.00, tops is take off pounds senceably'it is a support group that meets once a week they tell me my body is trying to catch up but that doesn't make sence to me!!HELP?!
