I'm back to low carb after a few years lapse. I have never been a poster

I am only on day 2 of induction, but have been in ketosis since last night.
I thought it took at least 48 hours usually, and here it took me 1 day. I
guess that's a good thing....

Welcome to the group, Patty! Maybe you were already on your way to ketosis.
I didn't get the sticks until the 3rd or 4th day I was eating this way, so
I have no idea how long it would have taken me to get there.
