Something that can meter

1. Breathing quality
2. Weight
3. Height
4. Strength

Don't confuse health and fitness.

It's possible to be healthy and unfit
or fit and unhealthy. Health in the
most basic sense is the absence of disease,
whereas fitness is performance oriented.

Treat the two (health and fitness) as
separate entities with separate gauging
criteria.
