Default Glucose for the brain ?

Your body carries around a huge store of protein too. Between the
brain's reduced dependency on carbs after adapatation to ketosis, the
carbs that you ingest, the protein you ingest being converted to
carbs, and the breakdown of body protein (you're losing weight anyway),
the body has no problem getting what it needs.

There are some individuals who don't adapt to ketosis very well, they
do have some problems and usually just eat more carbs to make up the
difference.
