I'm going on a trip on May 19 to see some friends. I just want to look
my best. I need to develop a maintainance plan of course. 20 pounds is
just a goal. If I lose less than 20 pounds, that will be OK too.

Great, but I'm not sure it's a good idea to put such a deadline. If
you don't succeed, you may be frustrated, and your frustration will
make you eat even more, and you'll be saying, "DIETS DON'T WORK!!!".
What's so special about May 19, anyway? The beach opens?
