Default best tasting tuna?

I understand the mercury risks of tuna, but I still believe that it's
probably ok in moderation. It's a great source of lean protein... What I
want to know is, which type/brand of tuna tastes the best? Specifically,
I'm looking at Starkist lemon pepper tuna fillet in the pouch, and the
Starkist chunk tuna in pouch in flavors such as hikory and sweet & spicy.
And when it comes to the canned stuff, which tends to be the most
palatable?

I don't get the seasoned or flavored ones because the seasonings are usually
sugar based. I get the light tuna in a pouch which is just fine plain,
mixed with a little balsamic vinegar and fat free cottage cheese or even fat
free mayo, mrs. dash and a touch of dijon mustard wrapped in a whole wheat
tortilla.
