question on sugar alcohols
For me, I think lactitol is the worst, then maltitol, then sorbitol. I don't
think that erythritol had any negative effects on me, so I bought a whole
bag of the stuff to use in baking, but I haven't used it yet.

intestinally disturbing sugar alcohols?
Fully realizing that we are all different, and our reactions to foods are
going to be unique to us, I still think it would be a good study for us.
For me I think sorbital and next maltital.
