I have figured out the general list/amounts and done similar for individual

Yesterday I had an idea to start making meal cards. I got me a recipe box

some index cards. I'm going to start writing down my meals with portion

size,
of everything that I had for that meal. And that why when I have that same
meal again I can just look at the card and know how many points or

know what I'm going to eat when I get there maybe that will make other

less tempting. Most of them has the nutrients facts on their web site if
their a chain. Applebees and garfield's offer a lot of choses for WW.

Does anyone else have any ideas to make watching our diets any easier or
better?
