BTW...I can see that the empty calories of the evening cocktail are a
major player. That needs to go.


I think the main benefit of writing down your eating is that it shows
you just where you are going wrong. It helps makes the fat person
accountable, and gets them past the flabby thinking of "fat happens",
as a troll recently tried to explain here.
