Veggies receipes needed.
My problem is that I don't like veggies too much. But I do know they
would become my best friends in my weight-loss program. I've been on
cookies, pizza and ice cream lately. Of course I gained weight, and
quickly. On Monday I told a co-worker that I need to eat more veggies,
but wondered how I can stay motivated eating them day after day. His
answer was dynamite: He asked me if I want to look like our colleagues
H_ and R_ who have huge bellies. That really hit a string in me. I
think that's the push I needed. I've had a large portion of veggies on
Monday and Tuesday, but went off track a bit with too much chocolate
at the end of the night, but I am back on track today.
I would like to get some good receipes that would help me eating large
amounts of veggies. Thanks.
