1) if you're suffering, then resricting diet (after a life-long conditioning
that fat is bad) is going to be really, really hard to do.

2) About time they did a real study on this. It surely will be sad to learn
that the low-fat (ie, high carb) diet promotes cancer, huh? Not that the
notion hasn't been put forth long ago.


i started separating carbs from protein. i forced the same diet on my
mother and my husband. and .... they got rid of all the ouches they
had. like high blood pressure, overweight, high cholestoral, gout and
so on. this is a dr. hay diet. check that one out. it is amazing, how
healthy it makes you. and ... you are supposed to eat carbs because of
your kidneys, but the separation makes you healthy. i give free
information, if anybody wants to contact me for that.
