Just wondering who here has had experience with the alkaline diet? I am a
bit of a naturalist and this diet slash way of eating would be great for
me. I've been wanting to try this diet for a while but living with other
people and sharing resources makes it hard, not to mention the costs of
foods detailed in alkaline diets. I'm a big fan of wheatgrass juice and
drink it everyday - it's great. Soon i'm going to grow my own wheatgrass.

Hi BJG,
http://www.goss.com/ihcs/importance_...aline_diet.htm

This looks good. I did short apple juice/fruit fasts years ago to get
alkaline. I forgot how great I felt and since apples were in season
it was cheap, too.

How are you doing your wheatgrass?

I tried growing it indoors about 4 years ago. I had a 7 tray rack set
up in my kitchen. It made good story.
All my trays would start out strong, but end up looking like the
Sahara desert. People told me too much water, not enough water, too
much breeze, too many seeds, too much love........I stopped, but I'd
like to try again.
