It's not a specialty diet, hence "way of eating". It's like being a
vegeterian, or vegan, etc.

I am not sure if Patricia knew what is an alkaline diet.

Can you describe what is the idea of such a diet?

More Alkaline body states promote healing and elimination of cellular
wastes. More Acidic states create disease.

This is respected among alternative therapy experts, but not entirely
supported by one-sided medical experts.

Start an exercise program and learn to eat healthy food.

Alkaline diet is supposed to be the most healthiest way of eating.

Just wondering who here has had experience with the alkaline diet? I am
a bit of a naturalist and this diet slash way of eating would be great
for me. I've been wanting to try this diet for a while but living with
other people and sharing resources makes it hard, not to mention the
costs of foods detailed in alkaline diets. I'm a big fan of wheatgrass
juice and drink it everyday - it's great. Soon i'm going to grow my own
wheatgrass.
