Default No weight loss this week.

It sounds like to me that while you are on the right track with the food
and exercise choices that you need to start counting calories and/or
doing some portion control on your intake. You would be really surprised
at what an actual 2 oz "serving" of something is.
YMMV but that's what works for me.

What kind of exercise are you doing Jarkat?

Walking on the treadmill at the YMCA
Using the nautilus equipment
Swimming
Water aerobics
Family walks (slow because of the girls .. but it's still walking)
Stretching at home every night. Teaching my 4yo how to stretch and

using my 7
month old as a weight for me. lol.
Stationary bike at the Y (but not often, usually I use this as a cool

down)
Elliptical Machine (Every day I add 1 minute)
This does not include chasing after 2 little ones, housework,

wallpaper
stripping, etc.
I'm pretty damn active. I'm considering taking a karate class, but

not sure I
can fit it in w/ family obligations and work schedules. Looks like

fun though.

How many calories per day do you eat?

I have no idea, I don't count them.

I thought that you dropped your low carb diet (SBD)? Have you

switched
to another diet?

The best what I can call my diet is modified Atkins. I can't do

induction due
to breast feeding, and I can't say as low carb as the Atkins plan

calls for.
I'm also uncomfortable eating huge amounts of fat (I just don't care

for it).
I eat no bread, sugar, wheat, rice, or any other processed grain for

that
matter. Although I have bought a low carb cereal that I enjoy made w/

flax.
I eat lots of veggies, 1 pc of fruit a day, legumes, beef, pork,

chicken, fish.
While I didn't lose any weight this week I have lost 11 lbs total so

far. So
it's working for me. My mistake is in thinking I can have a 'few'

snack foods
in the house. I then find myself snacking, and not hungry during

meals, then
hungry after meal time is over and snacking again. It's a bad cycle

that I got
myself into, and now out of.

Are you sure that the nuts that you eat and sunflower seeds are low
carb food?

i

Not now. That's why I will no longer be eating them.
