Day 16 - Going away for the weekend

Another pound gone.
I was a major slacker yesterday, didn't exercise a lick. (Can you tell I'm
from the south now? lol) I will try to get my exercise time in today. I
decided to take Caleb advice and just give it another week doing what I'm
doing before I change anything.
(Yesterday evening, I got on the scale and it showed that I weighed 270
pounds. Then I put my son down and it said that I weighed 201. Lost 69
pound in 45 seconds.)
I didn't sleep good last night, but I didn't have any dreams.
