I just "i can't beleive its not butter spray today on sale from kroger, I
also use a misto with olive oil in it to coat pans, lots of people use
teflon or that other stuff, but all of those coating freak me out, don't
know about the potato but i think its 8 ounces for 3 points? Lee

I weigh my raw spud and then nuke it.
It usually loses about 10 percent weight after nuking.
I then take the 'nuked' spud and divide it so there are no parts more than
4 ozs. I figure this is about the 3 point area. Am I correct?
I would be willing to pressure cook a whole batch of spuds and use them
this way. Would this be better? Whatever I'm doing it is
working. Thank God.
