Here's my delema. I feel burned out with diets. It seems like I'll
never succeed. I am 61 and feel because of the pain I'm having, that
there isn't anything else I can do. Whats frustrating is the more pain
I have, the more I eat.

What kind of pain are we talking about?
Sounds like it's severe enough to where
it needs to be managed.

It could be that it is the food irrating it,
Don't know yet. I'm not feeling sorry for myself, just feel like I
can't get through a day without eating too much.

Could you if the pain was managed in some
other way?

We are talking lots of
weight here. I am 232 pounds. Where do I start.

Start with the pain. Find some other way
to manage it.

The weight might be the
problem I can't stand, yet I eat, knowing this. Anybody got any
suggestions where to start?

I like diets that offer ketosis as an aid.
Restricting carbohydrate is what does that.
When in ketosis hunger is minimal, cravings
are vastly reduced, and very often there's
an improved sense of well being that can
allow one to step back and evaluate other
issues in their life with less stress.

Just a suggestion.
