Default Fifth weigh-in

1st June: 130kg (287 lbs)
23rd June: 117kg (258 lbs)
9th July: 112kg (247 lbs)
23rd July: 107kg (236 lbs)
6th August: 104kg (229 lbs)
13th August 102kg (225 lbs)

I'm running more than a mile most mornings now, but failing when I get
to an uphill stint. Tomorrow, I'm going to try a new route that should
allow me to go much further without encountering a hill, so that should
help my confidence I hope.

The sister-in-law has been quite critical of my weight loss and making
out that it's all down to luck and I've put no effort in. She's never
been fat in her life, but is struggling to lose a couple of lbs so I
really won't take her comments to heart (besides, she's going through a
horrible time at the moment so I'll be extra-forgiving).

I'm also starting badminton this week and, energy permitting, going to
try weights at the gym. I've lost most of my excess weight (well, 70%
or so) and it's quite apparent, but I really need to make extra effort
to lose the moobs. I've never had strong arms, but I went swimming at
the weekend and put in 30 minutes of breast stroke (I normally just do
the crawl and propel myself 95% with my strong legs) and used my legs
as little as possible and put max effort into arm work. All my other
exercise is cardio/legs only (running + bike) so any tips would be
appreciated. I'm a long way off being able to manage a single push-up
