It was nice to begin setting those mini-goals like my leader encouraged on
Monday. Our 16 week course will take me all the way to Jan 10, 05...right
through those holidays!

I have all the tools, POINTs books, recipe guides, etc- all the things to

successful, I just added the last necessary ingredient-WILLPOWER!!!
