This is just how mine has been too. If you're interested, here's my

You'll see that I had many several-week periods at the same weight --
not long ago, 5 weeks at 191-192, then another 4 weeks at around 186.
If you look at just one of those little periods, it doesn't look very
impressive. But the overall chart ain't bad :-). Just keep keepin'
on!


Chris, I am like that, too. I stay one weight for a while - way to long and
then I lose more weight than should be possible in the course of a week. I
attribute it to the way my body handles fluids as I metabolize fat and work
my muscles.
