good luck, pay attention when you are in the loft,... might be like... well

This is pretty much what we are doing. I had that smoothie for breakfast,
a WW bar mid morning with the coffee, and 4 Ryveta with Philadelphia extra
light and cold meat and a salad for lunch, with a Muller Lite yog for
desert. Dinner will be a chunk of salmon, potato salad, green salad, and
a Skinny Cow as afters.

Exercise is tidying the sewing room. Pray for me - I may need to go up in
the loft with some fabric to put away, and it'll be like an oven under the
roof!
