Hi folks,
I've lost about 30 pounds over the last year, mainly by a combination of
sensible (oh, somewhat) eating and excersize. However, I've plateaued and
I have about 20-25 pounds to get to my goal weight. The extra weight I
have now, I've had since 15 years ago and I know old weight comes off
slower than new weight (in my experience).

So, I was considering joining WW. Have others got past this plateau
problem with this system?
