Hello dear members of the alt.support.diet. I'm a 27 years old man with a

few extra pounds I want to lose over the next months.
I've started with aerobic sport training (basketball) and anaerobic also

(body building) and I would like You to provide me with
a diet please.

First, it seems you're posting in HTML, when the netiquette requires
newsgroup posts to be in plain text. In Outlook express, go to
Tools/Options... and pick the Send tab and check "News sending format" as
"Plain Text".

Others will probably give you advice about the diet, but you must be warned
of something. If you're just starting an exercise plan, especially with body
building, and especially if you have never exercise before, you *will* build
muscles quickly. This will translate into weight *gain*. So, you will have
to take what the scale shows with a grain of salt, because you might be
losing fat but gaining muscle mass. Remember that what is important is your
body fat%, not your overall weight. You might want to use a meter to see
real progress, such as checking your waist line or wherever you have fat to
lose (muscle is more compact than fat, so you should lose inches). Or you
can use a scale that displays body fat%, though they seem not to be accurate
for some people. Or have someone competent at the gym check you with
callipers, which is more precise.
