Default target - Arms

I have been using free weights alot and I find that they give a much better
work out then the machines. With the free weights, you work out the
stabilizer muscles, etc. There is so much variety.... and a ton of links
online to show you how to use them. Please refresh my memory... do you have
access to a gym or working out at home??
