Default A problem

Yes, you lost a lot of weight very quickly, and the skin takes longer
to become smaller, maybe two years to shrink as much as will shrink.
How much it will shrink depends on your age and genetics, and whether
the skin was very damaged with stretch marks.

Lifting weights and other exercise to build muscle can help fill out
some of the loose skin. Swimming and running doesn't usually add
muscle bulk.
