Default Z-bars (was Can anyone recommand a good tasting cereal?

Roger,

I don't think that the craving was set off because I enjoyed the bar, since
I enjoy the rich, dark chocolate flavor of the Lindt much, much more than I
do the faint chocolate flavor of the Zcarb bar, yet it doesn't set off
cravings.

There's something about that cool tingliness. I noticed the same effect
with Velamints. They were only a gram or so, but they filled my mouth with
that tingle and sure enough I'd end up eating more and more and then be
hungry.
