Default Fruit

Hi

I have been on a diet for about 2 weeks now, which basically consists of

one
meal per day, and lots of fruit. I have two questions if some of you don't
mind answering :-

1 - Can you eat too much fruit per day? ( I usually only eat apples,
oranges, tangerines and banana's )

2 - Does it matter if you take lots of fruit at the one time? For example,

I
can come in from work at 2:30 in the afternoon, have a small diner, and
later on ( about 7pm ) I would take 2 oranges, 2 apples a banana and a
tangerine. Is that too much at the one time or am I better spacing the

fruit
out, or does it not matter with fruit?

Thanks for all your help.

I would never tell anyone that their diet is "wrong" if it works for them
(and doesn't kill them along the way).

It is my personal belief, however, that one meal a day is not healthy. And
fruit, while loaded with nutriments and fiber, and generally low in
calories, is unfortunately also rather high in sugar. And with one meal a
day, you're taking your blood sugar levels on a roller-coaster ride. Some
consider that important, others may not. I'm not the authority on that.

I would be sure to take multivitamin supplements if I were going to continue
that diet, at least.
