There is no magic bullet. Tell her to change her lifestyle to include
exercise, plenty of sleep and fluids, and healthy eating.


p.s. if you're not fat but you're not exercising, you're not healthy. Work
out with your wife and not only will it give you quality time but you won't
sound bossy.
