i am on day 13th. last week i lost 7 lbs but i started taking synthroid
again on day 5. and i have done nothing different and i have found i have
gained a pound this week. i cheated on wed day 10 and jumped on the scale
and saw the lbs so i have been on my treadmill for 20 min a day since and
still no more loss. i know i should not be on the scale all te time but
after week one i am confussed. does anyone have any ideas for me?
