Hey! Another slow loser! Don't despair. Slow weight loss is
better than weight gain! Also, it's better not to weight every
day. (That's something I need to remind myself of too. Seems
like once a week would be quite sufficient, since my weight,
anyway, seems to dance around quite a bit.)
