Food & Exercise -- 6/23/2007
Went to hip-hop class this morning. In the afternoon I went to the
pool for a while, and then took a very short hike with DH before
dinner.
Food:
* 6:15 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 11:45 (driving home, from gym cafe): a sort of nutritional peanut
butter cookie -- like an energy bar in nutrient composition
* 12:45 (home): sandwich w/ ~ 3 oz. Healthy Choice ham, 2 f/f cheese
slices, & mustard on whole wheat bun
* 4:00 (pool snack bar): cup of fresh fruit pieces
* 6:30 (home): 2 fiber rye crisps
* 8:00 (home): salad w/ greens, veggies, 6 oz. shrimp, f/f balsamic
vinaigrette
Exercise:
* 10:30: 1 hour hip-hop cardio class
* 3:00 -- 6:00: swimming: 3 x 10 lengths {They have a kids break
period for 15 minutes out of every hour, when all the kids have to get
out of the pool and only adults can use it. I swim during that time,
and lounge around reading magazines in between :-).}
* 7:00: 1 1/4 mile easy hike
