Default Does the Fatloss4idiots Diet Work?

I came across this website online about a diet that lets you lose 9
pounds in 11 days and want to know if its any good or is it just
another scam?

Has anyone tried this diet plan and if so, what were your results?
Was the diet as easy as the site says it is or is that just hype to
sell a product?

When you begin a weight loss diet most of your initial loss is water weight.
So it is possible to lose 9 pounds in 11 days. But it won't be mostly fat
loss no matter what a website claims. You can get the same results by
starting any calorie/carb restricted diet plan with exercise. What's more
important in any weight loss diet is what happens beyond the first month.

Here are a couple things to keep in mind when looking for a successful
weight loss plan for yourself.....

1. Is it a way of eating you can stick with for the rest of your life?
Because if you lose the weight then think, 'Thank goodness I can quit eating
this diet food!' you're going to gain every pound back.

2. Does the diet you're considering have a plan for how to maintain your
weight loss after you attain your goal? Believe it or not, losing weight is
the easy part. Maintaining it is the hard part because you have to do it for
the rest of your life.

Here's a good way to spot a scam........ if a website or ad makes a lot of
claims but wants money up front before you get a chance to even look at
what's involved, it's a scam.
