A poll for successful losers - how many calories do you maintain with?

2. How many calories per day are you maintaining your weight on?
I don't know but it is probably an average of 1500-1800
3. What is your age, sex, height and before and after weights?
59 female 5'7" 189/159
4. Any additional comments about what made you successful.
It took years to be successful but at my best I journal,
exercise, drink water and keep track of everything.
I'll summarize the results for everybody!
