This is a poll (suggested by another person) aimed at successful weight
losers who have lost a LOT of weight (gone from obese to normal weight) and
who have maintained that weight loss for a reasonable amount of time.

1. What plan did you follow?

Many

2. How many calories per day are you maintaining your weight on?

It varies from 1200 to 1600

3. What is your age, sex, height and before and after weights?

Female, , 1992 219 pounds, lithium casued the gain
Currently 74-142 pounds

Having developed celiac disease in March 2000 and some food
sensitivities and having to avoid polysaccharides (grain, rice, corn,
soy as well and some root vegetables, refined sugar) has made it easier
to maintain. I tend to overdo dried fruit, nuts and honey periodically
and have to cut back until the weight stabilizes. I exercise, climb
stairs and lift weights.
