I agree that eating smaller more frequent meals is a good idea. I often
find myself eating just 2 meals a day on weekends when I don't follow my
normal work week schedule. I'm just wondering how my eating habits will
change when I retire in a couple years.

suggestions for items to add to your shopping list.

I've always liked it and my bag is almost empty so on the list it goes.
