Default Starting my diet again

Jenny -- Hey, take it easy! It's not the end of the world if you're
slightly heavier than you think you should be.

What makes you think you should weigh less? And exactly what weight
are you going for?

I have a lot of fat, that's why I should lose weight. I'm going for 95
pounds.

Also any purging can make the next round easier to do. I've evaluated
people who have developed such a habit that they vomit even when they
don't mean to do so. (In addition, as you might know, there are
problems with acid eating vocal cords, teeth, etc.)

If my new diet leads to more purging I will stop.

From what I've read about you, you are already at a healthy weight and

what you're approaching is cosmetic. Not that that would be dangerous
for the average person but with your history, this is something to be
wary of.

Teachrmama and I and others are concerned about you and we want you to
be healthy as well at an appropriate weight.

Thanks for your concern, but I'm OK for now.

You really should explain everything you're doing to your physician
and see what she/he says. If your PCP says okay, then that's great!

I don't have a primary care provider. I just have my psychiatrist. I
might have to do this diet AMA, but I really think I'll be alright.
