It seems like I eat alot of grams of protein. My average is probably

where you can eat too much protein?

Yes but you will never get three. name the last person you know died
of "protein overconsumption".

Well, I don't want to feel wierd either. Now that I'm using protein
powder, I get my full day's ration (60 grams as I weigh 130) in morning
hot chocolate. Then during the day I drink a lot of yogurt and often
have tofu or eggs.

While I was having 20 grams protein powder (wpi) in the mornings and
then eggs etc for lunch and dinner, I was doing fine. Since I increased
the protein powder to about 60g, some worldly stress things have begun,
so I'm not sure what is causign the effects. But I'm feeling kind of
crashed and wierd, tho functioning quite well and BG is 95-107 or so
whenever I check.
