Default Questions about the side effects of low carbing

Maybe more vitamins?? Tiredness usually goes away after a couple of days I
think. I use carb free gum for the breath problem.

Hi, I'm new to low carbing and while i'm very ,very pleased with

how
well it works in terms of supressing my appetite I find that I'm having

a few
less than desirable side effects. The side effects are a Very dry mouth

with a
coated tounge and not exactly the freshest breath. Also my lips feel dry

and the
corners of my mouth hurt.To be frank, my urine Doesn't smell to great

either.I
am also very tired . Are these common side effects? How long do they

tend to
last and is there anything I can do to combat them?

Drink lots and lots of water.

As you accelerate your food, it takes exponentially more and more energy
to increase its velocity, until you hit a limit at C. This energy has
to come from somewhere; in this case, from the food's nutritional value.
Thus, the faster the food is, the worse it gets.
