Default Food & Exercise -- 6/24/2007

Today, rather than running, I went to the gym to lift & do yoga, as
I'll be flying out of town tomorrow and can't keep to my usual
schedule. I plan to run in the morning beforehand, though, weather
permitting. Anyway, other than the gym and a brief grocery store
stop, I just spent the day at home.

Food:

* 6:30 (home): oatmeal w/ peanut butter & flax seed
* 11:30 (home): 2 poached eggs w/ 1 slice whole wheat toast, 3 slices
melted f/f cheese, & grated French hard cheese
* 3:00 (driving to gym): energy bar
* 7:45 (home): ~5 oz. filet mignon; half a tomato, sliced, w/ a little
bit of light balsamic vinaigrette; 2 ears corn on the cob

Exercise:

* 3:30: Lifting: chin-up negatives; lat pulldown; machine rows; DB
bench press; DB fly; lying overhead DB triceps extensions; seated DB
shoulder press; standing DB curls
* 4:30: 75-minute power yoga class (more advanced than my usual yoga
classes)
