I decided to join this group because I too used to be fat until I got
a trainer that helped me loss weight pretty fast. Of course I ran into
some stuff later on that made me really ****ed because they help u
lose weight a lot faster. I also run a blog based on weight loss and
etc if you guys want to check it out. Anyways, thats all for now
