It sounds like to me that while you are on the right track with the food
and exercise choices that you need to start counting calories and/or
doing some portion control on your intake. You would be really surprised
at what an actual 2 oz "serving" of something is.
YMMV but that's what works for me.

I'm glad that works for you Susan. You look like your doing great.
I'm sure your right, and I do keep a watch out on portion size. But it's good
to be reminded to do so.
For me, there is no portion control w/ snack foods, even legal ones. It's all
or nothing.
I hope that as I develop healthier eating habits I won't have to be quite so
black and white w/ this issue.
