Get Mailwasher. It's a free download and lets you filter emails out
BEFORE YOU DOWNLOAD FROM YOUR ISP. So your machines won't be tied up
downloading emails you're only going to delete anyway.

I'm getting more than 1000 of the worm notes a day and not one gets as
