Default HELP! question about foot cramps

Sounds expensive. You can add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon (depending on the
size of your large glasses and your needs) of Morton's Lite Salt to
sugarfree Kool-Aid or Crystal Lite for the equivalent of sugarfree
Gatorade.

I add 1 tsp Morton Lite Salt to a 2-liter batch of Raspberry Crystal
Light to make low-carb "sports drink". This works well.

I originally tried 2 tsp which was very gross.

As you accelerate your food, it takes exponentially more and more energy
to increase its velocity, until you hit a limit at C. This energy has
to come from somewhere; in this case, from the food's nutritional value.
Thus, the faster the food is, the worse it gets.
