overslept so...
this is my weekly update post. i missed my weight watchers meeting.
food chioces to me are a two fold thing.
-first to stay in the allotted points for the day and week. i did this fine
and as a result wasn't hungry.
-second, the quality of food is important to me losing, if i don't eat
enough meat i don''t lose well, if i eat too much bread i don't lose and if
these aren't balanced well with milk and veg/fruits i don't lose well...
this is different for everyone so saying what YOUR choices should be
wouldn't be of benifit to you.
