Default 75 lbs milestone - yehaaaaaaaaa!

A rotator cuff injury can be pretty nasty......One of the biggest body
builders in our gym hurt his rotator cuff doing full body weight pullups.
What's funny about it, is that he's the guy that has advised me the most
about possible injuries from weight-lifting and he's also a well educated
and very knowledgeable physic therapist!!!

Just take it easy and don't do more damage!........ya, under a 100 lbs would
be great eh?!!!.........but from your pic, I'd say you're pretty close and
looking fine

Thanks for your comments VBChick!

Way to go Eddie on both fronts!

Some day I would still like to be able to do a body weight bench press but
with my last rotator cuff injury I don't see it happening unless I weigh
less than 100 lbs.

Hi all,

Happy to report that I lost 2.2 lbs this week bringing my grand total to
76.8 lbs.

It's been just over one year and joining WW has been the most positive
life-improving thing that I've ever done.

The support from my family, friends, this NG and from my weekly meeting
group has been overwhelming and I actually believe in my heart that I can
do
this for life and still lose another 100 lbs...

Taking things one day at a time, but feeling really good about all of the
NSV's I've achieved in the last year, especially yesterday when I bench
pressed 190 lbs!!!!
