I am a firm believer that success leaves clues so I must say something
in regards to something I have seen in my life that has worked. Most
of the times in my life when I have lost a lot of weight I have done
so by surprise being I did it when I had not stepped on a scale in a
few weeks and realized I had lost 50 pounds. What I can not understand
is this make sure you weigh every day mentality and here is why
because I think I finally understand why it has never worked for me.
Say you take a 110 pound woman and put her on a stage and take a man
and hypnotize him and tell him that this woman weighs over 500 pounds
assuming he is hypnotized he is not going to be able to pick her up.
In other words, I am not someone who believes in weighing every day
because a number is shoved in to your face every day to remind you
that you are overweight and how hard it is going to be for you to
loose weight. I think certain types of exercise are easier if you just
do not pay attention to things that mess with your mind like ok lets
go walking and not pay attention to the fact that you have walked a
mile instead of actually trying to walk a mile. I want to know what
your opinion is of doing everything right for a month and not weighing
yourself is?

I'm a believer in the philosophy of using paragraphs. *I'm not on the
side of run-on sentences though, sorry.

Well do you agree with weighing every day or do you agree with
weighing every week or what?
