Default Can anyone recommand a good tasting cereal?

Bran, flaxseed meal (you can grind 'em in your blender), and a little
protein powder mixed together makes a pretty good hot cereal. You can
find recipes via google.

If you're on maintenance, the best tasting hot cereal is "old
fashioned" style OATMEAL. It has 11 grams of carbs per half a cooked
cup, is high in protein and fiber, is dirt cheap and tastes great. (I
put peanut butter or Smart Balance in it to prevent cravings... and
make it taste better.)

Not quick cooking or instant.. too glycemic.

Think outside of the traditional breakfast ideas. As I sit here and read
your post I am having turkey and cheese with a side of mayo - and I plan on
having a couple of celery sticks. Certainly not "traditional" breakfast
foods! Leftovers are wonderful in the AM. If you have time - cook a
hamburger. Just some ideas - hope this helps.

I am getting sick of eggs and would like to try something else. It doesn't
need to be cereal. Thanks
