Default Food & Exercise -- 8/24/2004

Food:

10:00 (home): 30g More & Less cereal, 30g All Bran, 22g whey protein,
1 cup skim milk

12:45 (office cafeteria salad bar): salad w/ 1 cup lettuce, 3 oz.
tuna, 6 grape tomatoes, 1 oz. each cauliflower, broccoli, green beans,
1 hard-boiled egg, 1/4 cup chickpeas, 1/4 oz. walnuts, 1 tsp sunflower
seed kernels, 3 tbs lowfat Caesar dressing

5:15 (driving home): energy bar

8:00 (home): sandwich w/ 1 slice whole grain bread, 66g chicken
breast, 2 slices f/f cheese

10:30 (home): 192g f/f Greek yogurt w/ Equal, calorie-free chocolate
sauce, and 1/2 oz. chopped cashews {trying to get the calories up a
bit :-) }

Totals: 1354 calories, 39g fat (26%), 128g carbs (38%), 142g protein
(42%)

Exercise: None to speak of. Wasn't feeling too well and skipped the
lunchtime walk, and it's a day off from the gym. However, I'm
planning on lots of exercise tomorrow. I'm taking a vacation day from
work and using it to be a "gym rat" for the day :-).
