You know...you just gave me a goal. To get into my wedding dress, which I
don't like and will then promptly discard. But it is a neat goal. Iwanted
to give it to my daughter for dress ups a few years ago, buy my mother was
mortified. It was a very 70's dress (anyone remember quiana, I think that's
how it's spelled, that gross overused fabric of the 70's). Well, it was
that, plus we were on a budget so it isn't anything to treasure. Luckily, I
have a great marriage, so the dress is not jinxed...just ugly. However, I
will save it until it fits again. Elise.

I think that you have pretty good knowledge to keep with a healthy life
style and I THINK you will keep your size if you stay with your WOL
