8:00 (home): 2 poached eggs on whole grain toast w/ melted f/f cheese
12:30 (country buffet style restaurant): tossed salad w/ f/f dressing;
pork barbecue (no roll); popcorn shrimp (just a few); broccoli w/
cheese sauce; green beans; chocolate pudding cake; peach cobbler;
oatmeal cookie {I decided to have a cheat lunch, but it just made me
feel ill afterward. I don't think I'll be wanting sweets again soon!}
6:30 (Japanese restaurant): miso soup; salad w/ marinated cucumber and
fish; sushi
Totals: 1690 calories, 44g fat (23%), 173g carbs (41%), 151g protein
(36%)
Exercise: None -- gym was closed due to power outage resulting from
Isabel. They finally opened late in the day, so I'm going tomorrow to
train with Tom.
